The client was provided with a detailed feasibility review of the different alternatives, including market share penetration and growth model to 2020, and a comprehensive analysis of the demand for waterproofing and insulation materials. The findings were presented to national and regional heads who acknowledged these findings as reflective of reality, helpful with practical suggestions, and precise in what they need to penetrate and develop over the next five years.
